There’s a realistic earning potential of $1,800.00 per week or more. Our average driver earns $80,000.00 in their first year as a W2 company driver. Top drivers earn over $100,000.00 per year.

We offer excellent Home Time, with many options to fit your needs. We also offer six paid holidays per year (eligible after 90 days) and paid vacations (one week after one year, two weeks after two years, plus one additional day each year. Drivers get three weeks paid vacation maximum.

Your benefits start between 30 and 60 days depending on the hire date (not the standard 90-day waiting period).

You can get an additional bonus of $150* per month paid for not using company benefits.

We have all Company-Owned equipment. Our drivers all have assigned tractors.  We have a NO slip–seat policy.  All tractors have automatic transmissions,  APU’s, and inverters.  Most have refrigerators.  We have Volvo VNL 860, Volvo 780,  and Kenworth T-680. Tractor speed set @ 65 mph on the pedal, 68 mph on cruise control. 

You can bring a companion with you. Rider Policy is available for $321.60/year.

Elite Express is pet-friendly, at no cost to you.

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum Driving Experience: 1 year  verifiable tractor-trailer Class A. 6 months from a single company.
• Required Class-A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A)
• No major/serious violations in the last 5 years including leaving the scene of an accident, speeding violations 15 mph over posted speed limit, reckless/careless driving, and driving under the influence DUI or DWI
• No drug convictions, positive screens, or refusals within the last (5) five years
• No Felony convictions within the past 10 years
• Verifiable work history, most recent (3) three years
• Must have Hazmat and Tanker endorsements OR be able to acquire them within 90 days of hire.  These endorsements must be maintained while employed at Elite Express
• Drivers are required to be available to run 11 out of 14 days, and be available to drive when their shift resets

Elite Express will reimburse new drivers for TSA screening costs.1 year

• $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus for OTR and Regional drivers
• $400.00 Monthly Mileage Bonus
• $100.00 bonus for Clean DOT level 1 inspections, $75.00 for level 2, $50.00 for level 3
• An additional bonus of $150 per month paid for not using company benefits*
• $500 Referral Bonus paid to Elite drivers for referring new hires. $500 comes from Elite after 30 days.  

*$150/month is only for LOCAL drivers as our OTR CPM rates adjust depending which type of coverage drivers choose. None, Single, or family coverage.5

We have outward facing camera (no inward dash cams) to protect our drivers from frivolous claims that could come about.
